  • 1995 Mustang Cobra

The owner is putting this car away for winter as well. There was some tar from the tracks on the bottom of the car, some adhesive stuck on the drivers side door, and the owner also wanted just a wash/clay/wax.

I washed the car with NXT Generation Car Wash, clayed with Mild Blue clay, removed all tar and adhesive and tape with a combination of All Purpose Cleaner, Body Solvent, and various brushes. Letting the Body Solvent dwell for fifteen to twenty minutes makes removal of adhesive, tape and tar easier by far.

I then used #66 - Quick Detailer (Cleaner/Wax) on a yellow pad on the D.A, that was followed by #20 - Polymer Sealant on the D.A, and then that wa followed with NXT Generation Tech Wax 2.0 by hand. The tires are wearing Hot Shine High Gloss Tire Gel, and the wheelwells are wearing Hyper-Dressing

Now that's what I call WHITE. You really brought it back. Nice job, Nick.

Nice job! Now all the owner needs to do is get rid of that stupid dealer sticker on the back.

The non-Cobra rear bumper and front emblem on this car are putting up red flags in my book.

Still, it looks great after the detail.

You are probably right, since I do not know all that much about Mustangs. There is actually a Cobra emblem on the drivers side fender and thats what I was going off of.

              Not sure to be honest.

                  Nice work!

Quick questions: how did you clean/polish/wax the trunk under the wing spoiler? Did you remove it? Also, did you do anything to the underside of the wing spoiler?

Nick, great work on the Mustang. The paint really pops. Way to go.
