Here in northern Illinois we've had two 70 degree days in a row. We can't let them go to waste and I didn't. I had already washed and UQD'd her on Tuesday, but I decided to get her ready for winter. Engine bay and wheels/wheel wells done on Tuesday but I did a quick wheel cleaning before starting on body. Did 2 BM NXT wash followed by drying w/UQD. SMooth Surface clay bar entire vehicle including windshield followed by a 2nd wash W/NXT and dry again w/UQD. Used Deep Crystal Paint Cleaner and then called it a day on Saturday. This morning before family got up I used #7 Show Car Glaze and after twins went down for their late morning nap I finished up with Gold Class Paste Wax. Rain-X on windows, UQW on wheels and Black Magic tire stuff (not a fan of super shiny tires) and I was done. Took pics in early and late afternoon; late PM shows wet look I worked hard to get. Thank you Meguiar's!
BTW, all this was done by hand as my old second hand machine died.
And yes, I am tired!
