Hello MOL,
recently i recieved a call from a client, saw my site and gave me a call. we apointed for next day, the pacient: a 2008 Subaru Impreza wrx STI, i have always liked this car, especialy the body lines, and being an STI model even better, i recieved the car at 9 in the morning ready for a full day of work,
recientemente recibi una llamada de un cliente, el vio mi pagina y me llamo, nos ajustamos para el proximo dia, el paciente: un Subaru Impreza WRX STi, siempre me ha gustado este auto, especialmente las lineas de la carroceria, y bueno siendo STI que mejor, recibi el auto a las 9 de la manana listo para un dia completo de trabajo,
Condition:
it was bad, its a black car but it wasnt taken care off, it had lots of swirls, due mostly for subarus soft paint, the rear had lot of tree sap, on windows, molding and everything, and holograms due to a real bad polish with a Rotary.

Estaba muy mal, es un auto negro que no estaba cuidado, tenia muchos swirls/rayas arana, la mayoria por la pintura blanda de subarus, la parte de atras tenia mucha goma de arbol, en las molduras y ventanas, tambien hologramas por un mal pulido anterior con Rotatoria.

How it arrived:
first thing was remove plates, this way getting beter access and not keep the owners info private. By the design of the WRX wheel we opted to remove each wheel individualy to be able to remove the caked on brake dust, better access to the rear of the rim and suspencion, i knew i would need some help so i called my dad and brother to come and help with some details. each wheel was washed with soap and a hand wash glove to be gentle to the factory clearcoat. a mixure of wash glove and brushes gave us an excelent result.
primero se sacaron las placa patente, asi tener mejor acceso y no dar informacion del dueno. Por el diseno de la llanta de WRX, opte que seria mas facil sacar cada rueda invididualmente para tener mejor acceso a: el polvo de frenos que estaba pegado, la suspencion y la parte de adentro de la llanta, sabia que no seria un trabajo facil, asi que llame a mi papa y mi hermano para que me ayuden con algunos detalles. cada rueda fue lavada con jabon y guante de lana para no danar la laca. una mescla de guantes y cepillos nos dieron un excelente resultado
After getting all the rims removed, cleaned, waxed and reinstalled we moved to the body, i went with a high ph soap to remove wax, dirt, and some of the tree sap, also any oils from the last bad polish it recieved.
the wash: was via 2BM, microfiber glove, detailing brush
the descontamination:Megs mild clay bar with H20 as lubrication
despued de sacar, limpiar, encerar, y reinstalar cada neumatico nos movimos a la carrosera, decidi usar un jabon de alto PH para remover la cera, tierra y ayudar a sacar la goma de arbol, tambien sacar aceites de la ultima mala pulida que recibio.
el lavado: via 2BM, guantes microfibra, y brocha de detallado.
el descontaminado: Megs Mild Clay bar con H20 como lubricacion.
Inspection:
after the wash and decontamination, i inspected the paint, this car was previously polished, i could see some of the rotaries holograms, also by experience with subarus paint, i knew that this paint was soft and also wanted to mantain the integrity of the clearcoat.

despues de la lavada y descontaminacion, inspeccione la pintura, esta auto habia sido previamente pulido, podia ver hologramas de una pulida por rotatoria, y por experiencia en pinturas de subaru, sabia que esta pintura es blanda y tambien queria mantener la integridad de la laca.
Correction:
i decided to go with Megs UC (this product is turning into my favorite) via marron megs pad and the DA @ 4.5 . this tool is my favorite for black paints because its soft on paint and does not leave holograms. car was polished this way and some areas by hand (were the DA wont fit)here a 50-50 after just UC.

decidi usar Megs UC (este producto se esta transformando en mi favorito) via borla esponja cafe y la DA, esta herramienta es mi favorita para autos negros, aparte de ser suave en pintura no deja hologramas como la rota. el auto fue pulido con este paso completo y algunas areas a mano donde no entaba la DA. aqui hay un 50-50 despues de una pasada con UC.
great now on to the whole car.

the roof, hood, trunk and windshield had some deep damage due to acid rain, i wasnt able to picture it, but i took about 3 pases with UC to remove.
el techo, capot, portamaletas y vidrios tenia danos grave por lluvia acida, no tome fotos pero tuve que darle 3 pasadas con UC para solucionarlo.
looks nice!! we still need to polish and wax, after removing the UC residue, i moved on to polishing, for this i went with polishing pad via DA, and my secret product. on to the whole car again. tail lamps and head lists recieved a mild polish to remove scratches and gain visibility.
we sealed with m21 and then a carnuba topper.
se ve bien!! todavia falta abrillantado y encerar. despues de remover el residuo de UC, me movi al Pulido, para esto use borla pulimento via DA y mi producto secreto, otra pasada mas!!. las luces recibieron una pulida para remover rayas y agregar visibilidad.
lo sellamos con m21 y despues una cera de carnuba encima.
now by 6:00pm we were getting finished, door shuts were also waxed, all door seals recieved rubber conditioner and platics were dressed with HD 7:1.. after 8 hours of work with 3 people (24 hours total) we archived this result,enjoy!!
ya a las 6 pm ya estabamos terminando, los marcos de puerta tambien fueron encerados, las gomas de puerta renovados y los plastico protejidos con HD 7:1 ..despues de 8 horas de trabajo entre 3 personas (24 horas total) recibimos este hemoso resultado. Disfrutenn:::
