• Audi S3 Detailed

Hello All, just thought I'd post some pictures from this past weekends project. I didn't get too many before shots and the after shots we taken in my garage because it was cold and there was dew outside. So please ignore the not so good pictures.

The steps taken:

Exterior:

- Wheels cleaned with All Wheel Cleaner
- Gold Class soap
- Mild Clay using Final Inspection
- Heavy Cut Cleaner to remove some scratches and etchings
- 2 coats of Deep Crystal Canuba
- Tires shined with Endurance Gel - gotta love the grape smell! (I was driving the other day behind someone and kept smelling grape. I happened to be going to the same place he was and when we parked and after he went into the store, I determined that he was using this also! Another Meg's consumer!)

Interior: Done by the wife

- Vacuumed
- Quick Interior Wipes
- Gold Class Leather Spray
- Natural Shine Vinyl & Rubber

So, onto the pictures

Dirty wheel

Wheel during cleaning - drastic improvement already

Rear view - dirty

Front view - dirty

Random interior - dirty

Now, some finished pictures. The wheel wells are strange on this car. They are lined with some sort of cloth. Not easily cleaned, so mind the semi dirty wheel wells.

Not perfect. The owner didn't have alot of time to allocate to me to get this done. So, for the short time I had it, I think it came out pretty well.

Thoughts? Thanks for checking this out!

Car looks great. But it looks like a normal A3 with S-line package. The S3 has a 2liter turbo engine. This one is a 3.2 liter V6. And the leather looks a little greasy. Downside to greasy leather is that it attracts dust and dirt. A final wipedown will make it a lot less greasy. Keep up the good work

Yup. The S3 is rare in the US. I've seen only 2 or 3 around. The car you detailed was an S-Line A3. Good job. I'm trying to line up a detail on an Ibis White A3.
