started as early as 8.30am , completed by 8.40pm for both. Thank God for Tim who came along to help.

I gotcha! At least it's on the windshield and not on the paint. Can't go wrong with freebies....especially from McD's....yum!

That is great work KC's. You have no fear...2 cars in one day with those results...wowee!

I've got your daily routine figured out now:

Between detailing multiple cars in a single day and then making these very thorough posts, do you ever sleep KC?

Out of curiosity, after all the Hondas you've done recently, how did you find the paint on the BMW in comparison? It seems you used D151 a lot on the other cars but M83/M80 here. What prompted your product selection here?

Its a promotional offer from McDonald's Malaysia. You stick it on your car windshield and when you use the drive-through you get some special offer with your purchase.

Thanks again Michael for taking so much of your time for viewing my work, LOL, i do sleep, i need them.....as promised my youth to help him earn his exams fees, sacrificing a bit of my sleep...sweeten my rest too...

wow, you really make notice of everyone preference & take time to evaluate every art. Thanks for your thoughtfulness...

I always like to try out things & see how it works, at least to kill my curiosity & find out an answer to my quest.....I realized the Malaysian Painted Honda's has very soft
surface..even wiping off the polish with MF could cause sme slight scracthes if too much pressure applied.
although D 151 is a very good product, I would like to detail this ride to its prefection, not just covering them over with polishing oil (hiding minor flaws) as she is so generously allowing me to detail 3 of her rides.
I actually make a couple of calls to Hypercoat, Megs Malaysia distributors (tehnical expert) & Mr Lim my megs suppliers prior starting work. both suggested M83, and least agrresive to start with. As in my earlier encounter with ACS 3 series with M105, got to know BMWs paint toughfer than Honda's.

                          But the real problem surface
after i remove all of the major defects and RIDS, and had invested hours of my time. (very consuming step and) leaving the finish a bit hazy with very minor wool & foam pad marring and buffer trails.

Got panic, and i could feel both my arms & legs are harden for no reason, (as fear grips) making a few calls to fishbonez (my guru) , he suggested me to used M205 (so kind of him to hand some to me, as this is not avail here yet) but prehaps i was panic, i did not finish it well, therefore i opt M80

which took me another hour to correct it with M80, polishing with minimal speed & almost zero pressure. I wish i could have a DA to finish off. planning to revisit her, in 2 weeks time to finish off with my ROB.

kindly enlighthen me on this, as i desire to finish with prefections.

thanks again for taking so much of your precious time in assisting us

                          Gratefully yours
                          KC

I love the interior jobs... honest scrubbing is always best. You have to teach me how you could work so fast!

Even with two men, that is very fast... but then you are very experienced with the rotary, so that's probably why!!! I would imagine the decision to use M80 and M83 to be one that is dictated by the BMW's hard clear coat. The Camry responded quite well to M80 and M83 as well.

I know a couple of Indonesian, Singapore friends whose lastnames are Yum... I think it's a pretty common lastname in Southern Asia.

                              My beloved bro

i always feel very enlighten to received comment & compliment from you. thanks for taking your precious time to view & encouragement

I actually gave Tim, my youth extra ,mid night classes to scrub, clean & condition mine, killing 2 birds with one stones
we spend almost 1 1/2 on mine till midnight

We are not fast, but certainly TIM is dedicated in all his under takings, he will not walk away of things not completed. He does it well. I really thank God for him.

LOL, i am not pro on rotary yet, i had some hick cups here and there, just u did not see my panic face.....

Ohh...i thought my family name is rare....not so...i think i need to come out from my box....
