    Hello everyone,

Yesterday I was able to detail this motorcycle. This bike was not in too bad of shape, the chrome and paint were a little dull and the polished aluminum wheels could use some help.

First thing I did wa give it a good wash with #62 - Car Wash Shampoo and Conditioner and then dried with two Water Magnets, took it for a spin around the block to get the water out of the nooks and crannies, and then used compressed air to make sure all water was gone.

I clayed all the painted surfaces and chrome with Detailing Clay (Mild) and Last Touch Spray Detailer .

I did a couple test spots and ended up using SwirlX since it worked quite well. I then followed that with two coats of #21 - Synthetic Sealant 2.0.

All chrome was polished out with Hot Rims Chrome Polish and a foam applicator, and a terry cloth for hard to reach areas, such as the handlebars and tough to reach areas on the bike.

The tires were then dressed with Hyper-Dressing at 2:1 and the seats were wiped down with Quik Interior Detailer.

While not my best job, it turned out quite well.

                Nice work

Bikes take a lot of time.

I thought you weren't supposed to dress motorcycle tires so you don't lose traction?

I once put swirls in my paint just to see what it looked like.

                  I don't always detail cars, but when I do, I prefer Meguiar's.
                  Remove swirls my friends.

Should be fine, That bike wont be driven for a while anyways and I made sure not to dress the tread.

I thought Hyperdressing was not supposed to be slippery either, right?
