Well, KerriNjeff and I detailed a 2007 Honda Civic SI today, possibly the greatest detail job ever! Although you can't see it, trust us it was impressive!




(We actually did one heck of a job on a great looking 2007 SI, we just didn't take any pics, hopefully you all will find as much humor in posting a detail write-up without pics. We found it really humorous, but we were partially dehydrated LOL)

Yep, just did a quick 1-stage w/m205& 7'' Yellow SB 2.0 speed 5 on the G110 on my 8-month-old 09 Civic, and it polished out wonderfully. I didn't even need to finish out with the black finishing pad. Achieved 95% correction, and it was an extreme rush job, to boot.

The soft paint is a detailer's dream . So unbelievably easy to correct.
Myself and my G110 sure were happy, seeing as the previous job was an 07 Maserati Gransport, where I achieved 0% correction after using m105 and m205...

Dehydrated indeed! We thought it would be hilarious to post a click and brag with the emphasis on the brag. It did turn out nice though.... :-D

Honda paint is stupid soft, its like butter when using 205. I literally polished a complete Honda in about 2 hours, so with that being said, I take your word that the car turned out marvelous.

But still, pics would have been nice.

Very true, Mike and I joke that we will polish only Hondas with M205 from now on LOL. It's hard to not get spectacular results

I agree. I felt like the Superman overlord of detailing after deswirling my Civic so easily the other day .
