    The White Lightening!

    2001 Ford Lightening SVT



    I could not wait to get going on this truck. While at the owners house later last night I got to test drive this truck and go for a ride in that awesome dune buggy. This truck is pretty fast and very cool to say the least. I think Ford did a really good job with this truck and its a shame they stopped making them.

    I was shocked to discover this truck only has 528 miles. Yes, only 528 miles in the eight years of ownership.

    Process:

    - Wash with NXT Generation Car Wash.
    - Clay with Smooth Surface Clay Kit
    - #20 - Polymer Sealant on the D.A
    - Ultimate Quik Wax


    Other Products Used:

    All Season Dressing
    Hyper-Dressing
    Glass Cleaner Concentrate
    #40 - Vinyl & Rubber Cleaner/Conditioner

                Almolst, I still have 3 bottles of Hot Shine tire gel and 2 bottles of Endurance.

                But thats not going to stop me from using my ASD

                Seriously though, All Season Dressing rocks on trim and tires.

                    In all seriousness, paint looks wet. I found out it is hard to make white paint reflect in specific lighting but it works!

                      It does well on lighter colors, such as white. I like the bright and clean look it gives on white.

                          Truck looks great tuck and I loooooovvvvveeeee the lightning's. You are one lucky duck.

                          Ya gotta love M20, even on darker colors too!

                          I once put swirls in my paint just to see what it looked like.
                          I don't always detail cars, but when I do, I prefer Meguiar's.
                          Remove swirls my friends.
