It's been kept in a garage at 65F year round since the late 90s. It had lots...lots...and lots of RIDS and some webbing(swirling whatever you want to call it). I have the responsibility of selling it and asked some potential buyers about their stance on perfecting the paint. They all suggested that I remove the majority of scratches but be safe with it and not try to go full out.
The car had no surface dirt and was spotless so no need to be clayed.
Process:

A little dull but looks ok from a distance.

Ouch!

Weathered metal

Could be better

Me and my grease monkeys polishing the rims

Polishing the chrome in the engine. We could only do so much to this area because if we touched anything pertaining to the carb the car would be in for a very very expensive re-calibration according to the owner.

All taped up to cover my own behind.
The Afters

Sorry it's a little blurry but it captures my hair style just fantastically.

Cool reflection of the insulation on the ceiling.

Process:
- M105 on polishing pad with DA at speed 5.
- ColorX for the heck of it.
- #7 to make the paint pop...and boy it did.
- NXT 2.0 Tech Wax
- Mag&Chrome Polish on the Gotti rims
- Hot shine on the tires
- Natural shine on the black trim and vents
- APC on the engine and hood compartment

A little dull but looks ok from a distance.
