Dang Mario thats still a wide garage for and APT. Mine is a sardine can.
yea we have those too.
This one costs $20 bucks more that the sardine cans.
My place use to be condos so the attached units are big.
I even have a little store room in the back, I think it was suppose to be a laundry room.
Oh yea and free electricity!
Here is mine. This garage has seen engine swaps, rear end swaps, transmission work, brake repairs, cars painted, rifles cleaned, goodie bags filled, etc... and a million other things I can't think of right now.
While we are on the subject.... I need that floor coating you have, is that U-Coatit?
I don't know if you talking to me, but I got my coating from Home Depot. I belive it was Epoxy Coat, for my little garage it was like $50 bucks. It was very easy to apply. just cleaned it and rolled it on with a paint roller.
