About a week ago I bought this truck at CarMax. I mentioned my horrifying experience walking around the dealers lot in a thread in the Break Room...how I was nearly paralyzed by the swirls on all of the cars. My truck somehow escaped with fewer swirls than the others on the lot, but it still had some. Anyway, yesterday I wanted to clean it up good and get some pics to show it off a little. It isn't perfect because I could have used something more aggressive than the #80 that usually does the job for me, but it is a lot better than it was.
So, my process:
1. Wash with Gold Class wash
2. Clay with Smooth Surface Clay Kit
3. Polish with M80 and G100
4. Wax with Gold Class
I used Hot Rims All Wheel Cleaner on the wheels, Hot Shine Tire Foam on the tires, and NXT All Metal Polish on the bumpers.
Here are a few pics...no befores, because it was pretty clean to begin with and I wasn't sure how long it was going to take to do the whole truck so I didn't want to waste too much time.
I had some help from my two boys...

My wife came out to get some pics of the boys and couldn't resist a reflection shot.

A pretty cool reflection on the hood...

Love the look of Gold Class!

Sunday I did my wife's minivan...gave it a simple wash and wax maintenance session.

Thanks for taking a look!
