  • Final finishing on the Assembly line (1941)

I found this picture someplace on the internet, just do not remember where. Check out the guy with rotary, the thing looks huge.

The image was resized for the forum.

When they finish a car today are they buffed out/waxed at the factory or sent on their way?

Your photo was a little fuzzy, I thought I would clean it up some, and you will never guess what I found hiding under all that dust.

I guess you never know where you will find Meguiar's products!!!

          Desert,
Thanks for cleaning up the picture, I only resized using image ready. I do not have any PS skills at all. Imagine if the supplies you found under the dust really existed back then. Think of the products we would be using today.

          Mike,
If I find more I will post'em up. Do you want any modern factory for comparision pictures? As, think I may have a few, but with the number of pictures I have saved it may take awhile.

                Desertdawg,
You should replace the bottle of DACP with Cut n Finish or a Mirror Glaze product. Those would be a more appropriate product for the picture.
