I guess technically, M105 isn't a polish. So I guess it shouldn't be called a single polish step?

Great work Nick - looks like you've found a new favorite combo I'll be trying that out on my next job

It works very well. For a single step, I think it beats a lot of products out there. The Flex just works the M105 just right. And the green CCS pad is just aggressive enough to cut some decent defects, but light enough to leave a nice finish. But this combo doesn't work on every car.

Technically it's a VERY aggressive cutting compound it just blows everyone away that it can also polish out like a fine finishing polish.

The new SMAT products, all of them are simply amazing on most paint systems.

              Nice work Nick...

For all the people that will read this into the future, how do you know if a certain combo will work on whatever car it is you're queued up to work on?

Amazing work and more amazing that the M105 finished out LSP ready. Good work!

And you're correct! Give the man a toy stuffed animal.

A lot of people respect you as a professional detailer and Newbies to detailing might not know that even a seasoned professional such as yourself tests out different product and pad combinations on cars you've never worked on before to dial-in a process that you know for sure will produce show car results.

That's all, just thinking of all the people that may read this into the future and then wondering how does Nick know to use a certain chemical or pad, or even tool to get such great results.

It's called... doing a Test Spot.

Correct! Sometimes I'll spend an hour or more just trying to come up with a plan of attack for a certain vehicle. Other times, I'll get it on the first test. There are so many pad/product/tool choices out there now a day, it's a bit confusing. Back in the good old days, it was just 83/80/82, and it either worked or it didn't

Stop with the Flex talk. I was going to get one last year with all the hype but talked myself out of it. Then I was almost ready to get one this spring, but managed to talk myself out of it again. Now... I'm going to need a support group!

                              Nice job Nick!

Cars are like people, some are soft and easy to work with while others are hard, stubborn, and generally a pain in the rear to work with. You just have to learn how to rub them the right way with the right stuff to get them to do what you want!!

At least that's what I've learned.
