  • F250 work truck

My sisters new boyfriend asked me to look at his work truck. He said he was painting a firehydren and the overspray went all over the truck. You could see the yellow flakes all ovder the place. He said he tried everything to get it off. I clayed just the fender and he was shocked that the yellow was gone. So today I was helping my mother with a garage sale and he drove up and asked if I could detail the outside of the truck. So of course I did.
    Washed with ONR
Clayed with Meg aggressive clay using ONR as lube
Polished with PC speed 6 LC 4" Oranage pad with M105
4" LC white pad speed 5 then down to speed 3 with M205
Meg D151 on all black trim to remove the white dried up clay (he did not want anytreatement added to the trim but I wanted to remove the wax from his wax job)
Zep Citrus to clean the wheels, tires and wheel wells
    Meguiars ASD on wells
    Meg Hot shine on wheels
Surf City Cleary Better on all glass
    FK1 1000p as my LSP

Once again I am not good at pics but here they are

                          Re: F250 work truck

I use 4" pads exclusively with the PC. I find they work a lot better then bigger pads on the PC. They work faster with better performance that I never noticed them taking longer then a bigger pad. It was almost 5 hours to do this truck, 2 hours or more on claying to remove all the paint overspray.
Thanks for the compliments. It was nice having them help, funny though as soon as the wheels were done they were looking for $$ lol
