This was my project for today. This car is from the parents of the Honda Pilot and Ford Explorer White for both. When he told me that his mom takes good care of it I expected swirls. They always say expect the worst, but I did not think it could be that bad. Also rumor had it Toyota has a hard clear coat. Well, IMO it does. I was like alright, M105 lets go to work. After one pass, it hardly did anything, so I pushed really hard. This helped a lot. Then I proceed to clean it up with some 205. Psych!!! 205 was not getting it out, even with two or three passes. So I went back up to 83. Then back to 205. It got it looking pretty good. Not perfect, but it was certainly much improved. Plus I do not think the owner knows what swirls are, since I asked about what she wants done, and she showed me scratches and nicks, to work on. Which I think I got them to blend in but not perfect. The whole car was not perfect. So while I was cleaning the mats, I got pushed in the foot literally. I turned around, and a guy wanted me to work on his old '89 Corvette I think. So after this detail, I went to look at it, and it is in bad shape too. Anyways, on to the pictures. (Sorry it is soooo long!!)

Brinkmann Swirl Finder Light ended up dying
before I had a chance to use it. It has not been charged in a while. Luckily I alwyas keep a flashlight in may truck. As you can see no swirls. I chared my Brinkmann during the detail, with the car charger, also always in my truck, for times like this.

If you look close you can still see some RIDs left.

This was my mom's favorite picture. She was confused in how this came out, she did not know it was a reflection. So said it was clear, it looks like a real picture, not a reflection. So I said I am just that good, and my dad laughed hard!!!

Thanks for Looking!!
