    i went to the thursday detailing class, and this was the outcome...

    close up so you can see the difference...

    so i spent my saturday in the shop with a buffer, here's the outcome (keep in mind this is also the first time i've ever done this). i'm 100% satasfied and impressed, didnt expect it to look so good in the end. clayed the car, buffed it (used ultimate compound), polished it (swirl-x) and waxed it (nxt 2.0). used a chicago electric da ($35 at harbor freight, worked way better than expected). only problem, the bmw emblem white paint pealed after i took off the painters tape that was there to protect it.
    also added the front plate cover and some style 5 wheels (need center caps still)

            thanks for the complements everyone. mario, no,it wasn't so hard, just very time consuming as the paint was pretty bad when i started. next i've gotta do my 03 mustang gt...
