As the title suggests, I thought I was going to install my new Wet Okole seatcovers in my Ranger and it turned into several hours hunched over scrubbing the carpeting of my parent's Honda Civic.
It was by no means a complete detail, but since I received my supplies from ADS yesterday I thought why not put them to good use? Long story short, my Dad is the type of person that sees a vehicle as a way to get from point A to point B. This car is going to need a lot of work, but that's for another day (and also one of the reasons I bought a DA)
Here's a couple of before pictures:

My process was APC 10:1 with a meguiar's interior brush, a bucket of clear water and some terry towels to blot up the clear water rinse. I didn't think I was getting all of the dirt out this way so I pulled out the Bissell and used it to pull up as much dirt as I could get.

Ultimately I used too much water so I had to prop the carpet up for a couple of hours to dry out (this was easy because I'd already removed all the sill trim, driver's seat, etc.) Once I got everthing back together a quick dash wipe with APC & QID and some GC on the front glass it didn't look too bad

Oh, and after all that I did manage to get my seat covers installed
