  • Rejuvenation: Honda Pilot (56K NO NO!!)

This was my task at hand today. It was a big project. Also a learning experience for me. I learned what a pain in the rear end it is to do the interior. Let me rephrase that, I HATE DOING THE INTERIOR!!! It is not fun, with little improvement. Plus with all the little cracks in between plastic and between the seat and the exterior. But I did have some fun doing the exterior. First it seemed like 205 was doing the trick. But then I moved down to the next panel, it did not cut it. So I switched M83 and M205 which did the trick on that panel. I moved down again, and 83 did not cut it, so I took a leap and went to 105. There are no after pictures of the interior, because it did not look that much different, and I was angry with the interior. Enjoy!!

Just as the exterior, in the interior you need the right tools with the right product to achieve amazing results. Yeah it's "kind of hard" but once you do more and more you'll make your own "routine", making you more efficient and better dealing with things you can find.

i'm with you on the interiors, week to week i'm finding little things around the house that help me in the interior, mainly in the wifes room, amazing what old makeup stuff can do for an interior, those little brush's get in all the right places...

I like the Apron too. I just have a standard/generic black one, but I want the Meg's one

Great work on the Pilot. You really made the paint pop.

The interior looks great also. After you do a few, they are really not that bad to do.

I like the Meguiars Apron, I got it from ADS in the G110 package. But I do not know if it is still offered. The Customer I forgot to add is an Adult Friend of mine who owns a local small BUT reputable Heating Air Conditioning Electrical etc. Business. He is the Adult Supervisor for a youth Group, BBYO for those who know it(Jewish Youth Group)

                            Nice work.

The Pilot body style isn't too bad to buff out but doing the roof means getting up and down some kind of step stool a number of times just to tackle it.

Great job! I hate interiors too. I am going to do my daughter's Pathfinder on Sunday. She carts my 16 month old Grandson in it and I dread opening the door!
