Hey Guys, I took my friends car to do a detail and didnt realize how tough it would be to get around the ceramic clear coat on the 02 + Mercedes.
I finished the job and shocked alot of people on how great the car looked...even the dealer where he bought the car. Anyway I dont think its a drastic improvement but its definately a great new glossy finish.
Items Used:
Porter Cable 7424
Menzerna SIP
Lake Country Orange CCS pads
Meguiars Yellow Carnuba Wax
Meguiars #21 Syntetic sealant
Mothers Clay Bar
Heres after the wash....

Not bad after everything was said and done but all scuffs and scratches are gone and the finish was absolutely perfect. The sun kinda left and I only had a point and shoot to take photos. Is it more accurate to get a full blown SLR with a UV lense? I wanna be as objective as possible.
I charged a guy $150 CAD for this job...the thing was immaculate when I was done with it but again it was not a huge drastic change IMO...but the shine was way way better I think.
Critics please respond...would like to get as good as possible with my work.
