You're making this very tempting! Can you pick me up at the airport? Give me a bed?

the paint didn't look that bad, to start off with... but nice job on the recovery.

It seems that Ford's oxford white is always hard as a rock. I had a triple-white '01 GT 'vert that I fought with perpetually. The DA just wasn't effective for serious correction. Wish I would've held onto it so that I could try the M105 with a wool pad on the rotary. c'est la vie...

Yeah, the pictures just couldn't capture the real swirling - you know how white doesn't like to show up on camera very well. It was *severe* !

This was the hardest paint I have worked on to date

                    Hello all,
New to this Forum and glad to see so many 'Motorheads' out there. I am the Owner of this 2007 GT Mustang and I can't believe what a difference Mike and Jeff made to my 'Baby'. I have been racing, building and showing cars for the last 25 years so I have seen my share of 'Detail' jobs in that time. This was 2nd to none. My '67 'Pro-Street' Mustang (Black) and my Wife's '07 AWD SEL Fusion (Merlot) is next on the 'Detail' block. Can't wait. Thanks to these guys and Meguiars for making my Mustang look beautiful again.
                    Steve...........

Thanks, Steve, that's very flattering and humbling, especially coming from a guy that built every part of his '67 Mustang including the motor and the paint!

Having a blast so far on the '67...it was pretty funny watching Steve sweat it out when we wetsanded a few trouble spots on the trunk. Thankfully, he didn't faint and his vitality was restored when we buffed out the wetsanding marks to a mirror finish New thread and pics to come
