Seriously, the red on the new GM trucks is a great color in person; red in general is a hard color to photograph unless you have really good lighting. I saw a nice, lifted red GMC Sierra HD and the color was just gorgeous in person. It was a really deep red, but when I tried to take a picture of it, it came out looking orange, lol.

Tuck, all these pictures of your truck keep showing me just how badly I need to detail my Silverado. I've got an extended cab '08 Silverado like yours, but mines dark blue metallic. Hopefully I can detail it over spring break and I'll post some pictures of it. Nice job on the detail; looks great.

If i am in direct sunlight taking pictures then it kinda has an orange tint to it. My trucks official paint color is called "Victory Red". But even in the sunlight you can still tell its red when up close and actually viewing the truck in person.
