Its Tea Time

I polished out the teapot today because it was extremly dull and i couldnt even see my face in the reflection. I forgot to take before pics. I guess you know your car crazy when you buff out a teapot, anyways, heres the usual process, products and pics.


Process:

1. Wash with NXT Generation Car Wash
2. Clay with Smooth Surface Replacement Clay
3. Clean/Compound with Ultimate Compound
4. Clean/polish with Hot Rims Chrome Polish
5. Finish off with #20 - Polymer Sealant

That's okay...

For everyone that will ever read this into the future, anytime you do an extreme makeover whether on it Tea Pot, a Lawnmower or a car, the most important shot is the before shot.

Once you start working on the thing, (whatever it is), and you start to improve the appearance, it's too late to get the before shot.

The power of a before and after is in the before shot.

Great idea and a great result!! I have to remember to take pictures the next time I detail the chrome taps (which I do regularly).

Is it safe to use those products in the kitchen, cause my lady told me not to clean the stove with any car cleaning products...???
