Time Lapse of my Honda Fit Wash - Fun video

So I just bought a remote cord for my 40D, and I've been wanting to do a time lapse. So I figured what better way than to clean my car? So here's the vid, don't be too harsh on me, I know there was some flickering, but this was my first time lapse.

Although it was only a wash, and interior cleaning, I think it's kind of fun to watch. Enjoy, and expect more of these later in the future of more in depth details.

Noticed you started with washing the wheels and tires first...

Didn't see the video but as far as washing wheels and tires first. It is not my preference to do so but some do because the they use a spray on tire dressing and if they have any overspray that gets on the paint, that gets cleaned off when washing the car. They obviously wash out the bucket before washing the paint.

I use a tire gel so I don't have to worry about over spray.

Words of advice:
I noticed that you raised the windshield wipers to wash, and left them up until after you rinsed the car off. I cracked a windshield by doing this a few years ago. The pressure from the rinse water knocked the windshield wiper down onto the glass. Causing the edge of the wiper to contact the windshield at just the right angle. Cracking the windshield I learned to lower the wipers before rinsing

Thanks for that advice. How did that book work out for you? Please do borrow this idea, when I realized that I wanted to make washing my car the time lapse video I was kind of surprised I hadn't seen it on here before. I really want to get an extreme makeover single stage into a time lapse video.
