One of our sprinkler heads broke, and left water spots all over my girl's car. Luckily for her I enjoy playing with my polishers.

Here is what the roof looked like:

The Process:
I started by washing the vehicle with Gold Class, and the two bucket method with grit guard inserts. I then followed this by claying the finish with Meg's Pro Mild Clay, and some Last Touch. Water spots were so bad that I ended up spraying the entire car with 50/50 mix of Vinegar, and distilled water (it was kinda cool to see it fizzle when it hit the finish.)
After the Wash and Clay, the true condition of the paint revealed itself to my camera lens.
Swirls/ Holograms/ RIDS:

Like many of you, I always do a test spot to plan my modus operandi.
In this case I went with Solo 86 and a polishing pad via my makita rotary buffer. I followed this up with M66 and the PC to remove some light holograms. The car was topped with NXT Gen Tech Wax 2.0.

Here are some of the afters:

Here is a few teasers of a 1995 GMC Suburban I've been working on. Thread to follow.
This is the passenger side front fender:

Still needs some work, but getting there.

Thanks for looking, hope you enjoyed.
