Another D151 testament

Here is more proof that D151 is an amazing product!! A friend of mine has a black 2005 Dodge Ram crew cab hemi. He went to a friends house and the guys 120 lb dog jumped on the drivers side front door and scratched it up pretty bad. You could feel the depth of the scratches with your fingernail. He was pretty upset and figured he was going to have to repaint the door. He mentioned it to me and I had him bring it by so I could bring out the D151 I washed the door with Shampoo Plus then used D151 on an 8006 pad with the DA. After that, I applied NXT 2.0, which he already uses so I gave him kudos for that. You can still see a little bit left where the deep ones were. He was completely amazed and extremely happy! Here are the befores and afters.

WOW! That came out great. I didn't think D151 would do that good on those nasty scratches. I guess I will have to get a bottle and try it for myself.

It's an "all-in-one" product, basically. It has incredible cutting ability to remove scratches and swirls. It also protects the paint so you don't have to add a last stage product unless you want to. We've (KerrinJeff and I) have used it numerous times with great results. We've topped it with NXT for an even deeper shine and greater clarity. We did learn this weekend, though, (http://meguiarsonline.com/forums/showthread.php?t=26797) that on black paint, it can leave holograms due to its cutting power. I've had the greatest success using my flex and an orange Lake Country pad...that combo has removed some viscious swirl marks. Thanks! It took about 3 applications to get the deep ones out. You can still barely see them but it's MUCH better!
