My driver's side mat has what looks like tar or asphalt. Maybe I am expecting too much but I have seen quite a few that were worse than mine or what you have shown.

I am expecting it's my process. I did spot treat and scrub. I then waited several minutes before I used an LGM (water only).
I sprayed APC+ on the mats and sprayed a bit more on the dirtier spots.
After I let it sit for a couple of minutes I began to brush out the stains which worked rather easily. On one of the mats you can see a dark spot which is actually gum and in no way was I going to remove that with just a brush. I sprayed that area until it was soaked & I left it like that for another few minutes while I worked on the next mat. To remove the gum I used a plastic razor and that worked perfectly. I then used the LGM to extract the water and then moved on to the other mats. I have noticed that as soon as you extract the water the mats look clean but after about 20 minutes or so dirt seems to resurface. At that point I would do the extraction again using clean water. I did this process 3 times and as you can see that water just kept coming out dirty. The mat on the lower right still has some visible stains. I started having trouble with the suction of the LGM. I since bought a new LGM. The previous LGM was used quite often for a couple of years so I think it was just it's time to go. So I think a few passes will be required to remove the resurfacing dirt. Another thing I've noticed is that if the carpet or mats look clean take a flash picture and sometimes that will reveal some dirty spots. Kind of weird unless I have sometype of magic camera. Hope that helped.

Nasty water. Good sign though. Great job on the Benz. How do you like the 151?

I like it. I can see how it's more aggessive than #66. It was good enough to bring some shine to the hard paint.

Great job!! I love my LGM. For the mats that I do I use Orange blast concentrate for pretreat, then hit with pressure washer, extract, spray with Folex carpet cleaner if needed. Today I did a car and used APC+, 4 to 1. I think that is going to take the place of the orange blast and Folex! Great stuff.

          Great work
The power of the flex compells you!!!

              Hemin8r,

Great work. Was it the LGM that put the lines in the carpet like that? Looks amazing and I've seen others do it, just don't know what yall are using.

It's D151 AKA Paint Reconditioning Cream, AKA "Liquid Gold"

Thanks 3fitty. Yes the LGM made the lines. Usually after I feel I've extracted all the water I can I go over it one last time to make those lines.

                    Nice work!

Did you use APC on the leather too or just the lether cleaner conditioner?

                    Thanks,

Reminds of the fine cut grass at Yankee stadium! I'm very jealous... I can NEVER recreate that look!

Yes, I used the APC+ highly diluted.

From my experience in the past, leather cleaner/conditions do not make a dent on heavy soiled leather. I have always used some sort of APC followed by a leather conditioner. I thought I was going to have to get some of it had that been all you used.
