    Firstly welcome to MOL!

Secondly, we went ahead and approved your thread after editing out the non family friendly language. We at Meguiar's Online run a family safe site which means language which may be used on other sites is not allowed here. So please take a moment and look at our Forum Rules for future posts.

The car looks good for your first attempt. If you want those swirls out, you have come to the right place!

Looks great from here. I have seen some good advice offered on MOL...
Evaulate the customer not the paint. If it's a daily driver and not garaged swirls probably aren't on the clients mind.

Looks good for being done by hand. What Bimmer dealership is that?
If its fast, loud, and runs on a flammable liquid...count me in.

                  A couple of comments...

Removing swirls marks is hard, especially by hand... that's why in the last 15+ years there have been thousands, if not hundreds of thousands of enthusiasts that have moved up to machine cleaning and polishing with tools like our G110 and the Porter Cable DA Polisher.

The machine does a better job than your hand and takes some of the work out of the job.

As for light... Meguiar's always recommends inspecting your work before and after in two kinds of lights and one of those is bright sunlight because it will expose swirls really well.

One of the things we preach on this forum ALL the time is doing a Test Spot, that is test the products and procedures you're planning on doing to the entire car to one small spot, (This is called the Test Spot), and then pull the car out into the sun and again inspect your results.

Make sure you can make one small area look good in two kinds of lights before going over the entire car. If you can't make one small area look good then you won't be able to the entire car look good and you'll be glad you did a test spot and inspected your work.

                  Make sense?

Test Spot - Test Spot - Test Spot
