    New camera, old product!

I finally bought a dSLR; a Canon 40D. I've been experimenting with it, but I still have to take time out to do my car care!

The Altima with an old friend, Medallion Premium Paint Protection. For those who don't know, Medallion was the pinnacle of Meguiar's pre-NXT technology. I picked up a couple bottles of MPPC and MPPP during the Katrina eBay sale; it is a wonderful product, with a nice vanilla smell. It goes on easy, comes off easy, and it lasts a long time.

Lens is the EF 28-135 f/3.5-5.6 IS USM. I still can't get that silver to "pop", though.

As the light changed from red to green to yellow and back to red again, I sat there thinking about life. Was it nothing more than a bunch of honking and yelling? Sometimes it seemed that way.

The car looks great, I like the reflections on the hood. Enjoy your new camera.

        Nice rides, Mike!

Folks might be able to find some MPPP in the corner of a PBC store, or around the 'net; but it was a premium product that commanded a premium price for its day, and everywhere I've ever seen it it was around $22 or so.

I recall MPPP and never liked it. I remember it being to oily and would smear every where.

I still have the video that came with it.

I was a heavy #26 user back then, early 90s.
