  • 2005 Mustang GT

I'm finally getting around to post pictures of my 2005 Mustang GT. I'm hoping I've followed the instructions correctly for posting these pics. You may have to click on the images to see larger pictures.

This color (Legend Lime) is hard to capture on camera. It never looks 100% with any camera. Sometimes it's a pale green in the shade. In direct sunlight it's a bright green. My favorite is when the sun is going down. The car really looks good at this point. I've taken several photos at different times of the day to give you an idea of how it looks.

It's my understanding that only 5000-6000 of these Legend Lime Mustangs were produced in 2005 and 2006. So I guess it's kinda rare.

I went over the car with a claybar. Then I applied the #7 polish followed by the NXT wax.

I must say, I did not like Legend Lime AT ALL when I first saw it, but it has grown on me! Nice work man!

Thanks. I followed your instructions but still can't seem to get it to work. All it does is provide a blank box that will direct you to the picture if you click it.

Legend Lime is one of those colors that people either love or hate. I know of a few people who have told me the same thing you have. At first they didn't like the color but it eventually grew on them. They had this color on the original Mustangs from the 60s. I think they called it Lime Gold. Apparently this is the EXACT same color.

That blank box, if it is the one I am thinking of, is where you put in the link address. It should then show the picture in the post after you click OK. If this doesn't sound right, send me a PM telling me where you got to and I will try to walk you through the rest of the way.

Yep! Same color. Kinda like the new Windveil (sp?) Blue to the original Brittany Blue. It's a Mustang, I love it either way!!!
