My '07 Z at the 2008 Funkmaster Flex Custom Car & Bike Show

Here’s pics of my ’07 350Z at the 2008 Funkmaster Flex Custom Car and Bike show on June 28^th in Edison, NJ. I didn’t win anything, but it was fun talking to the folks who took the time to admire and ask me about my car. I learned a lot, made a few friends and had a great time. I used the following Meguiar’s products to prep the car days before the show:

• Deep Crystal Car Wash
• Smooth Surface Clay Kit
• NXT Generation Tech Wax 2.0 Paste
• Ultimate Quik Interior Detailer

During the show I used Quik Interior Detailer Wipes and Ultimate Quik Detailer to keep the car looking fresh. I really love the way NXT Generation Tech Wax 2.0 Paste and Ultimate Quik Detailer gives the car a gloss that’s almost deep enough to fall into. More that a few people asked me what I was spraying and wiping the car down with. I’ll let the pics speak for themselves:

Is the deep crystal car wash better then the gold class car wash?

I think the difference between the two, is that Gold Class Car Wash is for washing and conditioning the paint in one shot, while Deep Crystal is just for washing the car.

Now that I've got my coat of NXT Generation Tech Wax 2.0 on the car, NXT Generation Car Wash sounds like a good choice for washing my Z.

Thanks, I always use the GC but I was using nxt gen for a second. I will probably buy some more soon. I think the car wash does something to paint because I washed my sister's car about two weeks ago and it's still shiny and it doesn't have any wax on it lol. I have to finish it up one of these days.
