i had sticker in my bag so ofcourse we had to put it on

You can buy an Opel Astra in the US now! GM is importing them through Saturn.

I don’t know how hard it would be to get Blitz (lightning bolt) badges for an Astra in the States. But I ran into a guy a couple weeks ago with a Saturn Sky (Sky Redlines are sold in Europe badged as Opel GTs) who has a Blitz grill badge. He said he bought it here direct from GM parts/accessories.

EDIT: Only 138 HP? It looks like it would have a lot more power than that. Do they have a Redline version of it?

hey gents im from SA and am part of our coupe and OPC club here... That OPC makes 177kw here...thats a helluva lot more than 130hp is more like 250 odd..

Opel here is commonplace.. I know... I drive one.

Sharp looking car for sure. But it's gotta have more power for me. If they made a red line version I would consider it. If I remember right the Sky was out a year or so before the red line model came out.

bindog is correct 177kw converts to 237hp and 138hp converts to 103kw.
