Did a friends Scion last weekend, the car was terribly dirty. Thankfully, I think it was because she hadn't washed it since she bought it so there was very little to no swirling through out the paint. It did, although, have several areas where the paint had been etched from bird droppings and some minor scratches here and there. She just wanted it washed, but I told her I'd give it a once over with the G110.
My process-
DC Wash
Quick Clay Kit
M80 via W8006 (two to three extra passes in the areas where the bird droppings and scratches were)
QD once over
NXT 2.0 via soft foam applicator by hand
Sorry, no before shots this time, or even side by sides.
I did although manage to sneak a few after shot before she was up and out of here. The first two pics came out a bit grainy, but I think it was from the program I used to edit the license plate.
The results...
My fave is the last photo. Just something about it.
