  • I used NXT Booster last week

putting 3 applications on in about a day and a half, and after a week of rain and about 700 miles driving throught the rain, I finally washed it today using STP car wash...short-lived suds, didn't feel slick at all, and it sheeted off really slow, but when the sheet did run off, there was absolutely no film or smears on the car. Anyhow, here are the results:

    Looks good!

How do you apply the booster wax? Do you spray it on the pad or on the paint surface first? Do you use circular motion to apply the wax on the paint surface, let it haze dry and wipe it off with the MF towel?

Looks great! I still don't like the Booster wax all that well, how it applies that is. It looks good but I have yet to get use to applying it.

I spray it on the pad, then apply in (more or less) straight front to back motions, let haze then buff with a MF. I have also sprayed it on a finishing pad and used the PC to apply with good results

Are you sure that you can use it with you PC?

Does it mean NXT Techwax = NXT booster wax?

If it is fine with your PC, what is your recommended speed?

            Don,

You're not supposed to park your car outside while the new paint is still wet, you really need to keep it inside until it's dry. By parking you car outside with wet paint, you risk dust and other air-born contaminants falling onto the finish and becoming embedded in the fresh, wet paint.

            Just a suggestion...

You could use the Quik Detailer, but the Booster adds a bit more of the NXT's polymers each time you use it
