  • SEAT Leon II TFSI

Last sunday my detailing buddy Dibbuz and myself detailed a SEAT Leon II TFSI. The owner bought himself a cheap rotary and with no exeperience tried to buff his car Well.... that didn't go as planned!

So Dibbuz and Stimpy68 to the rescue!

The car is a bit a showcar, it's tuned, the 2.0 ltr turbo engine delivers 330 bhp . We got it al swirl en scratchfree again!

We used the rotary and the G220, M80 was enough to get the buffer holograms out, the scratches to, but needed a couple more passes.
We didn't use any Meguiar's waxes we wanted to try something else, we used Colonite 915 and topped it with Poorboys Natty's Paste Wax - Blue

    The holograms:

The rotary buffer is not the type of tool anyone should use without getting first some head knowledge, and second some experience on something that nobody cares about. It's also not a one-step procedure and most Newbies don't understand this.

This is why, if you look at the edge of the roof in this picture you can see the Zig-Zag pattern where the rotary buffer was moved back and forth over the roof.

Hurts your eyes to look at rotary buffer swirls...

              Nice rescue guys!

Make sure you educate your buddy on how to properly wash his car and the importance of regular maintenance.
