  • Not fast or cool, but...

We don't get too many like these
Not a fast car or an expensive car. But this thing has some sentimental value to the family that owns it. They said they bought it new in 1984, and all 3 kids were brought home from the hospital in this car. All original(except the tires), 121k miles and absolutely no paint work. So I was happy that they chose me to bring it back to life

    Here are a few "befores"

It looked well maintained before the detail and even better after. I'm always impressed when someone keeps a non luxury/sports car well maintained.

Very nice work , looks great . You have a great looking work space there !!! Can you post some pics of your shop layout and set up ? I love seeing pics of a well layed out work area , it gives me ideas for my meager little garage .

Good work! That car is in great shape for its age - nice to see another Swedish (turbo?) brick being well kept and on the road (from a SAAB driver )

OMG!!! it looks like brand new.... usually cars that age, the trim pieces would be out of alignment.... rust spots here and there..... grey faded plastic..... but this one is just perfect.... everything looks new

Wow, a blast from the past!! I had one that was an 82, same color and all. Those thing run forever!
If its fast, loud, and runs on a flammable liquid...count me in.

These are my favorite kinds of detail. The everyday family truckster polished and shiny.

I always expect to see a Ferrari or Lambo buffed to within an thousandth of it's body panels. But seeing an aged daily driver gleam is really eye catching, because it's unexpected.

                              Excellent work.
