Hey all...
Simon (94bmw325cis) and I been quite busy with school and cars lately; getting more and more full detail jobs. Simon can only help out once in a while due to school commitments. My regular customer list is steadily raising and is at about 20 family's with 2-3 cars each. I'm going to try and start getting pictures more often but its hard because I have so little time to do the cars I have to do each day (a normal weekend for me is about 9-10 cars now). Here is my favorite customer, the owner of this beastly 2006 M5. If you've ever had the chance to see one or drive one I think you know what I'm talking about. Everything about the car is just amazing, especially that exhaust note at about 5000-6000 rpm.
Anyways on to the washing. Customer just came back from Phoenix like me for spring training so it was covered in bugs. All he wanted was a wash but I went ahead and waxed it, its been about a month and a half since I last did it.
Process:
Rims with Wheel Brightener. The inner wheel lip with the Meguiar's Spoke brush and ended up jacking the car up to get them totally cleaned up.
Rinsed the car and foamed with Gold Class. I never do this but you have to have some fun every once in a while.
Washed with Gold Class
Dried
Polished out the hood with M80. There were a couple bird bombs turned etching.
Wax the car, rims and windows with NXT 2.0 x 2.
Polished the Exhaust with NXT All Metal Polish.
Interior was just IQD, Vacuum and Windows.
Little odds and ends here and there.
He dropped it off at about 2:30 and wasn't going to be back until 10:30, so I just did little things here and there to pass time.
Onto the pictures.
