This past friday I spent some time cleaning up both our Mustangs. I mentioned in my last thread that I recently gave my '04 the following paint treatment:
Megs "Smooth Surface" claybar kit
Megs Cleaner Wax
Megs Deep Crystal Polish
Megs Deep Crystal Carnuaba Wax
So, these pictures are still showing off that shine, but the car was simply cleaned with Megs Gold Class car wash and dried with an Absorber. The wheels were cleaned inside and out with the leftover soapy water, the tires were scrubbed and treated with Megs Hotshine.
The '07 was simply cleaned with Megs Gold Class car wash and dried with an Absorber. Same treatment on the wheels and tires. The car only has 1,500 miles on it, so the paint is flawless even though I haven't gotten a chance to wax it yet. I'll be giving it the same treatment I did on my '04 this coming Spring Break. Should be nice.
I also polished both car's stainless steel exhaust tips with Mothers Chrome Polish... I really don't like the stuff but I'm trying to use it up so I can replace it with the Meguiars equivalent.

So I snapped some pictures before I headed out to the local car show friday night. They came out awesome IMO so I decided to snap some pics. These are unedited, save for resizing/cropping/border addition.

And yes, I thoroughly hate factory Ford orange peel, and the fact that black cars get dusty the SECOND you get them cleaned.
