I've reduced swirls to a minimum with a DA (shouldn't dealers do that when you take delivery?). I love the way the NXT pops! Hope to make it down from NorCal to Irvine on Jan 12th.
Looks great! I work at a dealer selling Acura's and unfortunately we don't do much work on the paint. Minor swirls and things the weather will cause aren't touched. easily visible scratched areas are worked on upon request. When I deliver a car to my customers who are buying a new car, I inspect the car and make sure the detailer gets the paint free of anything other than barely visible minor little swirls. Unfortunately, when people nickle and dime us dealerships, we aren't able to provide the service that everyone wants.
Needless to say, some dealerships just wash the car, put the floor mats in, and give it to the customer. I like my dealership because we try to provide a great service. We hand wash (even in the cold) the body, detail the engine bay, clean the interior, put 2 coats of wax on the paint (our shop uses meguiars), and dress the tires.
