used a moist microfibre to clean and then #21.
Looks great.



next time it is this one, bet it will pop even more (5A finish and a few places to make use of my nxt metal polysh..)

I have got some scratches in the clear-coat. I have sort of an urge to try ScratchX on it.. It should be safe, right?

I'm not too familiar with electric basses, just acoustic guitars, so is it actually clear coat or is it polyurethane or laquer?

I believe these are clear-coated.
I see Meguiars have produced a guitar-kit for Fender.
So I guess someone knows. I have often used different waxes for my previous basses, no problems. A real sleek feel!

My friend often waxes his Guild and Takamine acoustics with Turtle Wax.
It is mainly for the feel and look, not sure if it has any other qualities.
