After a couple months in the shop to get the cage certified, and a whole new interior (done by me in the garage), brand new set of custom headers and custom exhaust, and an 80 - 83 - NXT wax, it was ready for the first show of the year. First 1/4 mile track run should be next month, 1/8 has been 6.4x's and dropping. We're looking at 10.1x's to start and tuning for 9.9x's in the 1/4 after that.

I measured once. It was 4mpg with a light foot...and that's with 111 octane at $5.00 per gallon. Anything more than a light foot and with two double pumper carbs it goes away real fast.

But it's still cheaper than that bottled water your drinking!

JE forged pistons
Demon 750 blower carbs x 2
2"x3" square tube chassis with a 14pt cage
certified to 8.50 or slower
TH400 trans, full manual valve body with trans brake
Aldan Eagle coil overs on all four corners
Ford 9" rearend with 4:30s and a Detroit Locker
MagnaFuel pump with BG regulator

Anything else you want to know I'm happy to share. I tuned it personally so I'm intimately familiar with the car.
