Hey gang,
I finally got a chance to clean the interior of my g/f Focus. You saw the before and after pictures of the outside, now it's time to see the inside. She is a college student and works part-time, so the car was pretty nasty. On top of that, she was hauling her young niece around for awhile. There were stains and some pretty bad smells in the car due to baby milk, cookies and such.
Here is what I used:
APC+ (10:1 mix for interior) for carpet, dash, panels and such.
No name interior brush
Shop-Vac 10gal (ole' faithful for over ten years)
Silicone-Free Dressing on dash and panels (love the smell too
)
#23 Odor Eliminator (move over Frebreez)
BEFORE:

AFTER:

I washed the car before I started on the interior, so the whole process took about 4 hours. This was first time using Silicone-Free Dressing and it's some awesome stuff. It says to spray evenly and let it dry, but the sprayer that came with my sample doesn't spray very evenly. I just sprayed it on the surface and worked it in with a MF towel. Very nice results in my opinion.
My g/f was really happy with the results and so am I. The car looks better and smells a lot better.
