  • G100...first use

    Well gang,

I put my G100 through it's paces this past weekend. I detailed my Dad's 1958 Ford Skyliner this past Saturday and I detailed my 2002 Ford ZX2 on Sunday. To tell you the truth, I am beat as all can get. The G100 took a little time to get use too, but I got comfortable with it better than I thought.

    1958 Skyliner:

    Washed w/ DC car wash
    Clayed
#80 on some panels, but moved to #83
NXT Wax 1-coat (too hot for second lol)
Buffed with MF bonnet on G100
NXT Metal Polish on all chrome

Thanks for all the compliments guys. The paint on both cars were pretty hard, especially the top on the 58'. The top on the 58' came out whiter than ever, so I was really impressed on it. The deep scratches are still in there though. The front and rear of the car have been repainted in the last year, so it's pretty soft. The top is still factory!

I always feel like Brian Griffin looks in your avatar after detailing a car.
