Mike, is that an orginal 396/425 h.p.? '65. That is my dream car. I knew a guy in Chicago that a '65 coupe with a 327 fuel injection 365 horsepower and a '65 cont. with a 396/425 h.p. The last year for fuel injection and first for a bigblock. Man both of those look sweet!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Let's make all of the cars shiny!

The cool thing about the Vette I worked on is that they guy bought it brand new, it's never been taken apart so yes, it's definitely a "Numbers Matching Car". It does have the original 396 Big Block Chevy in it.

The one I worked on is also original, however it has gone through a restoration. It is still a numbers matching car, and the only non-original piece is the rear view mirror.

We had a car show here this weekend with over 1000 entries, there were many vettes there, but this one was definitely one of the cleanest .... (Ok I am a little biased)

Great work, Awesome Car. Everyone always points to the stinger hood as the best of the mid-years, but I still love the 396 hood!!!! Oh I wish I could have bought something like that brand new!
