This is my tractor I cleaned up this weekend. It is a 1995 Case International Magnum 7240. I do not have before picks because I wasn't thinking about posting here. My better camera is broke so I had to pull out the freebie. I will list my steps but remember I am just switching over to Meguiars and still have product to use up.
1. Washed it twice with soap and degreaser mix.
2. Buffed with a wool pad and 3M rubbing compound.
3. Polished with a foam pad and 3M dark polish.
4. Waxed twice with DC carnauba wax.
5. Cleaned windows, interior, etc.
Do you think a sealant would be better for this type of application or would the wax be fine. It is always stored inside and maybe gets 200 hours of use a year. Let me know what you think.
