Get it home and the paint is terrible, so rinse, wash with megs #62 and as i dont have the time to show it some love (which it is in desperate need of) until next weekend.
The before washed photos:
The defects:
possible signs of a respray, notice how clear the reflections are at the left of the photo compared to the right and also the over spray (paint or cement i'm not too sure) in the crease where the arch flares:
As i didnt have time to do anything other than a quick coat of wax, i decided to use Megs NXT Tech wax, due to the mild cleaners in it.
When applying the wax i could really feel just how sh!t a condition this paint is in, it feels rougher than a guest on Trisa:doublesho
I also did a half and half on the bonnet of NXT and FK #2180 to see how comparable the anti static qualities of the FK are.
Notice the clarity of the side panels compared to the front bumper.
One thing i really like is the double sunroof, which means on less thing to polish/ remove/inflict swirls on to
