    That is absolutely beautiful!!!
How long have you had it? How long did it take you to get it to where it is now? I have a 383 in my Camaro, but it's not nearly what you have. What kind hp are you putting out?

Thanks for the kind words. I've had it two years. Since the purchase I built the engine you see now (yes I do all my own work except for any machining), replaced the transmission with a full maual reverse valvebody TH400, new driveshaft, new rearend (Ford 9" with 4:30s and a Detroit Locker), new wiring harness (did that too), all the gauges and dash panel, new hood (no didn't paint it, but did the cutout myself), upholstered the trunk (yep, that was me), re-tubbed the wheel tubs so it would sit lower (me too), and a whole bunch of odds and ends that got it to where I wanted it. Horsepower - 653 on crappy California 91 octane on the dyno. Easily over 700 now as we bumped the boost and timing then went to 111 octane. Raced? Would you...really? I will soon enough, but for now the new motor has only been in for 2 months and it scares the hell out of me! Heck, it unweights the front end on the street, I'm scared to think what would happen with good traction at the track.

            Awesome Awesome Awesome Awesome

Man I love classic muscle, and that cars a beauty..

I wouldn't race it either.. Maybe a quick street race for giggles, but not the track..

There are cars you race (junk body, stripped, and good motor), and there are cars like this that wouldn't even see a track. You put cars through hell when you race them, and this car doesn't deserve that. Knowing I had 700hp under me would be good enough.
Never argue with an Idiot.. They'll only drag you down to their level, then beat you with experience..

That is just stunning! Things like that make every man's heart beat fast. You could not have a woman on your arm that would turn more heads or engender more jealousy! What is that where the visor "should" be?

LOL, apparently you haven't met Mrs. Margaritaman!

That is a switchbox...master control panel if you will. Fuel pump, fan, water pump, ignition, lights, and a couple others.

Oh BABY this is one sweet ride!
Is that your daughter in one of the pictures? If so keep this machine street legal [I love the legal Hoosiers] and name it after her.
On one of my previous Chevy II’s [not nearly the WOW factor as this one] I named “Hot & Nasty” just because the car scared me once when I punched it and only one wheel gripped. I did not know that the front end could make a left turn so quickly and still be scooting straight down the street. Pitched those shorts. I love the safety equipment you have installed because you never know when an OMG event will just happen.
The way a person treats their car is a direct reflection of how they treat themselves
