    interior was in bad shape, paint was swirly an unclear, and there was all this pesky rubber stuck everywhere...

      Puuurday! Love the color of that mustang, almost takes a bright pinkish hue when in the sun! Looks stunning!

        nice job! How long did all that work take you? Also, what were your steps on the engine compartment?

            in person, it's actually a reddish-orange.
            the color is called peformance red

              interior:
              pull all carpets, brush all cloth for hairs, vacum all cloth, interior dust and dressing (Meg vinyl and rubber) Meguiar's 2 step leather conditioner on the front and back seats. (2 coats of the step 2)
              Total for interior= about 1 1/2 hours

              engine:
              -cover intake filter,ECM, belts with plastic bags
              -cover alternator with aluminum foil
              -Greased Lightning Orange blast
              -brush a bunch of stuff with a soft bristle toothbrush and a microfiber
              -Lightly spray everythign with water
              -towel off everything
              -close hood for a few minutes to finish drying
              -open back up, spray CD-2 on everything exposed
              -leave hood open for 20 minuts (I drape a big bedsheet over the hood and front here, so stuff blowing aound cant get stuck to the motor)
              -uncover everything, run motor for 5 minutes
              -close hood (normal driving finishes setting it)
              total= about 1 1/2 hours + 20 minutes setting

              car:
              -wash with Deep crystal car wash
              -claybar
              -wash with nxt
              -scratch-x, mixed with 3m swirl mark remover for dk vehicles
              -Megs QD
              -Meg's DC #2
              -QD
              -#26
              -QD
              All on by hand with high tech applicator, and off with microfiber towels.
              total= about 4 hrs


              all for free.

                  How safe is that engine cleaner? Is it easy to use. I'm trying to fine a easy way to clean engine's.

                    the orang blast is perfectly safeas long as you dont spray it onto your belt directly, or the alternator, or the ecm (pcm) or the air filter, or coil or distributor. it works great and does its job wonderfully. I have usd it for almost 3 years on my own truck.
