  • My First truck worth polishing!!

Well I finally have a truck that is worth putting some elbow grease into. I have been dealing with paints that were beyond repair since I was 16. I have been reading these forums but had nowhere to practice except on family and friends cars. I know these pics don't show the condition of the paint that very well but I feel the need to show off my new toy!

Let me know what you think!

What kind of lift do you have on it?

      Good looking grill insert, also.
See the big picture, enjoy the details

I'm actually not sure of the lift. It has grey radius arms and black coils. Almost positive it is a 4". The rear is only blocks (stacked on top of the stock blocks) that will be replaced by some new Deaver leafs soon.

Looks good! You might have to invest 5 gallon bucket of Meguiars tire dressing for for all that rubber.

Looks good. What was your process and what products did you use?

It does look fairly clean already... You'll have to give the underbody and suspension a full detail as well...

I think I'm going to need to break out a wire brush and some satin black paint to take care of the suspension and underbody. I will be sure to take pics of the process so I can post 'em.
