Here's my work from last night. Nothing major, just a wash with NXT and a coat of Hi-Tech Yellow Wax. Clayed the car 2 weeks ago so this is just maintainance. Looks good in my eyes but I'm open for comments.

Still new to this and need to learn more from Gurus like you all here.

    Cheers!

One question, would be a good thing if I apply a layer of NXT Tech Wax 2 weeks later?
I mean, would NXT bond over the M26?

Anyone out there who can give a noob advice on this?

    Thanks!

I didn't even see the car in the last picture for a minute, I was trying to figure out why you were showing us a picture of your driveway
It would be better to apply the 26 over the NXT than the other way around, but give it a try, it won't hurt.

Me too! I had to look, then look again...

NXT has some light cleaners in it, the chemist told me it will always leave more wax behind on the surface than it will remove with subsequent application until you reach the point of diminishing returns. Because M26 is a pure wax, that is it contains no cleaners or cleaning ability, most people would use it for their Topper.

There are number of good threads in the Hot Topics forum on this subject and related topics. Actually, there is a ton of great information in the Hot Topics forum and I recommend everyone reading each and every one of them as this will bring you up to speed with most of the issues people are interested about or struggle with.

Hahahha! I guess I must have taken the last photo too much from the sides that it confused you guys. My bad....

And thanks for the replies and thanks Mike for the link to the "Which LSP is the best for Light Colors".

The info will come in handy when I do more of my "practising" on my other half's white car.

Another question just came to mind... Many have said that the M26 is not as durable as M16. but somehow I think the M26 is actually quite lasting. And M16 is supposedly harder / can be quite hard to remove if not applied thinly.
What your take on this Mike?

Looks awesome! (If MOL had a drool smiley, I'd insert it here!)

I absolutely LOVE M26. Its my new favorite wax for spoiling the nicer cars that I take care of. I like it a lot more than the more expensive 'boutique' waxes that I've tried in the past.

                wow@

                Nice ride!

Im crossing my fingers that honda will release this car in the usa, to compete with the Scions.

What type of mileage do you get with your car, and do you know the weight and power specs?

                oh yah, nice detailing!

Thanks dude! I have heard that it will launch in the States soon in 2006 but they'll probably re-badge it as Honda Jazz instead of Honda Fit as what they have done for most overseas market.
there are a couple of variants available to suit most ppl's lifestyles.

Its a great car in terms of Fuel economy, I get around 550km/full tank and it has 110hp under the hood (Vtec model).

                      cool

                      Right on man.

Ive wanted a element for a little while, because of how much it fits inside of it, but didnt like the mileage.

Does the rear seat fold down 60/40, or 1/2 way? can you fit a bike in it pretty easily?

im on www.honda-tech.com a lot, but no Fit/jazz section yet.

                      thanks!
