I'm not really sure if this is extreme enough for this forum ... but I'll take my chances.

I'll just post up a few pictures of the hood to save bandwidth. Further details can be found here

It's 95' in the shade... I have shade (who-hoo!) ... and I forgot to take pictures before she was washed.

Toys for the day will be NXT Wash, Deep Crystal 1 & 2, Scratch-X.. and NXT Wax. All materials are being applied by some cheap buffer I picked up at Walmart. (Because it's too hot to do this buy hand.)

In the beginning there was bad stuff.

    After Deep Crystal Cleaner.

After Deep Crystal Polish, Scratch X, and NXT Wax (I forgot to take pictures inbetween.) .. oh yeah - and sorry about the dust specs!

Picture of hood from a different angle after we took her outside.

Holy ****! Doesn't even look like the same hood. GREAT JOB, looks awesome.....are those all scratches in the first picture, or are some water marks?

You really improved the looks of that hood!

You can go back a little later and refine it just a touch more, while removing more swirls & scratches in the process.

But it looks good as it is.

The owner is going to bring her back to me in a few weeks ... after it cools down abit. That poor car was still warm when we backed her back out!

It does look like some of the marks in the first picture are water streaks .... now that I look at it ... I'll write that off to the temperature of the paint when I washed it. (Thank God for warm water.)

        Thanks for the replies!
